Events Highlight Dedication to K-12 School Districts. SAN JOSE, Calif., May 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Extreme Networks (Nasdaq: EXTR), a leading provider of high performance network solutions, today announced upcoming events throughout the month of May with the Pro Football Hall of Fame's (PFHOF) Heart of a Hall of Famer series, part of the PFHOF's educational outreach program that provides students the opportunity to engage and learn from legendary Hall of Fame players about how to achieve success on and off the football field. Live interaction with a Hall of Fame player is provided to students in-person or via video conferencing, which is broadcasted to schools around the country. The video conference program, powered by Extreme Networks, offers an interactive educational experience for students to learn about character, overcoming hardship and achieving success in life. Each session in May will discuss what it takes beyond athletic skill to make it into the Hall of Fame and how those character qualities can be applied to everyday life.
